How old do I have to be to place a bet?
No one under the age of 18 years will be allowed to place a bet.
What are your hours of operation?
Our online sportsbook is open for operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our call center is open from 7am pacific until the last halftime of the last west coast game.

We will work on any computer which can surf the World Wide Web using a browser like Internet Explorer preferably. We had received some information that some troubles may occur when people are using Macintosh computers or Nestcape Navigator browser, specially with straight bets. What is the minimum bet by Internet and telephone?
You can bet a minimum stake of $10 via Internet, or bet $50 (or equivalent) minimum by phone.
What sports can I bet on?
You can bet on any sport that we offer. This includes professional and college football and basketball, professional baseball, professional hockey, and horse racing. Every now and then we will offer proposition bets on events like professional golf tournaments and the Indy 500 and the like, but not on a regular basis for other events in those sports.
What kind of plays/bets do you have?
We take action on parlays, round robins, teasers, super teasers, if bets, straights, totals, buy points, props and future bets.

What if there is a discrepancy with a wager?
Our operations are fully computerized and every transaction is digitally recorded. In the event of a discrepancy with a wager, you will be able to listen to the digital playback of your conversation/transaction. The Operations Manager will then decide if an adjustment to your betting account is necessary. These decisions are FINAL

How long does it take to reconcile a game once it is over? When will the money be in the customer's account?
Games will be reconciled at the end of the event; your account will be updated 20 to 30 min after the game has ended.

Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?
Paying taxes on your winnings all depends upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. We will not provide details of players net proceeds or losses. This is up to the individual to declare to their government.
Do you recommend that I report my winnings or losses to my country's Tax Authorities?
